Ferhat Tunç who is took into custody for accused of his friend’s identity card wasn’t near of him at the moment of police application at Beyoğlu and having a law court because of resisting police, claimed police to gang up to himself. Ferhat Tunç setle a meeting at Human Rights Association (HRA) İstanbul agency and claimed police to drive them for resisting. Tunç also claimed that his friend İsmail özen was beat and added that he will defend his rights and if he couldn’t resolve this in turkey he will defend his rights at international platform.
İsmail Özen and artist Ferhat Tunç explain what they lived. Some of non governmental organizations and political party delegates were ready to support Ferhat Tunç and he explains the progress of events. He told that "I am not happy to be here” and qualify the things they lived as a conspiracy rather than a regular identity control.
Tunç defend that he and his friend didn’t resist to police physically at event place and police station and also Tunç told that, "They do everything to disturb us. But we didn’t play this game. I will follow this application against me. I want Ministry of Interior to investigate this subject and to make the necessary transition about responsible. If i can’t defend my rights in Turkey then i will carry this subject to international platform. Ferhat Tunç also read the media text and continues in this way “i have a opposer identity and they do everything to take me into prison. They do that conspiracy to sent met o prison. If i was falling prey to them, believe met hat i was in prison now."
Ismail Özen denote that he was beat when they were in prison and also told that policemen aspersion them and they bring them to prison by handcuffing them from behind for hundreds meter like dragging. İsmail Özen who is explaining of the beginning of events also claim that police had beat him at police station. Özen talked in this way: "They aspersion me, swear to me and lather me. They held me in prison for 1,5 days. They brought us hospital in the same position namely by handcuffing us from behind. I learned that two police prosecutor from us because we beat them.
Gülseren Yoleri as the president of İstanbul agency of IHD take the attentions to police terrorize. She told that this problem increased with the Police Duty and Authority Law and add that there is many event which is taking on the eyes of place public opinion. This situation doesn’t against to a particular side of public, it against to anyone. Yoleri wants to give an end to this violence as a human right defender and also told that “ we want to be removed the PDAL. Police authority must be limited. The one who using violence must be investigated and then they must be punished”
Also some NGO participants joined meeting to protest the police behavior and to support Ferhat Tunç and his friend by making a short declaration.
